All Unbranded Skincare products are available exclusively on our official website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as secure payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery
Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland France. We are working hard to make unbranded skincare available worldwide!

Do you offer free delivery?

Free delivery may be offered under certain conditions, specified directly on the website or during checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding peak periods). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected delivery method. An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout and in the shipping confirmation email.

Help! My package is lost or has been stolen.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears to be lost, please email us at commandes@unbranded-skincare.com. We will investigate with the carrier and find a suitable solution.

Return policy
How do I make a return?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return a product, provided that:

  • the packaging must be intact,
  • the product has not been used.

To initiate a return, please write to us at returns@unbrandedskincare.com specifying:

  • the reason for your return
  • the order number in question.

We will then send you a prepaid return label along with the necessary instructions.

How were the unbranded skincare products conceived?

Our products are formulated so that every skin type finds solutions tailored to its needs, all with complete transparency. Each formula is developed with high tolerance standards, including for sensitive skin, and evaluated according to rigorous protocols.

What role do skin diagnosis and the Skin Report play?

This is an essential component of the experience we aim to provide. In a world saturated with marketing messages, we firmly believe that the best way to care for your skin is to begin by understanding it, and to prioritize the skin over the brand. Our skin diagnostic tool is designed to identify your skin's specific characteristics and its true cosmetic needs. We see it as your cosmetic passport: a reliable starting point between your skin and the products and active ingredients truly suited to it.

Do you conduct clinical trials?

We dedicated nearly 18 months to formulation and regulatory testing in order to develop scientifically sound formulas.

Our efficacy tests are currently underway on targeted panels.

What are your principles for formulating information?

We formulate without phenoxyethanol, parabens, silicones, volatile alcohols, or perfume. Our formulas contain a minimum of 90% naturally derived ingredients .

Are your formulas designed with an eco-responsible approach?

Our formulas prioritize beneficial, well-tolerated, and effective ingredients, while avoiding unnecessary or controversial components. This commitment allows us to assess the biodegradability of our formulas.

Are your products tested on animals?

No.

None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, in accordance with European regulations. Unbranded Skincare is committed to responsible cosmetics that respect all living things.

Are your products vegan?

Yes.

Our formulas do not contain any ingredients of animal origin.

Are the packaging materials recycled and recyclable?

Yes.

Our bottles contain 20% recycled glass and are made in Europe.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are formulated and manufactured in France, in specialized laboratories that comply with strict standards of quality, safety and traceability.

What is your pricing strategy?

As an independent, self-funded brand with strong values, we have chosen to prioritize transparency, quality, and the genuine effectiveness of our formulas, rather than excessive marketing investments to mask formula shortcomings. We believe that skincare is an intimate, personal experience that deserves an honest, educational, and skin-friendly approach.
